Using the main challenges identified, we facilitated a session where stakeholders generated ideas to address them. These ideas were then mapped onto the user journey, helping clarify where and how each design intervention would have the most impact.

A large majority of users responded positively to the concept, with 79% saying they would benefit from the app and 88% sharing that it would help them feel less anxious about their prayers.
