User experience design for AFECC that provides a effective learning experience for students
Overview
AFECC is an educational charitable institute located in Glasgow, Scotland, specializing in the provision of distinctive Islamic education for children aged 5 to 17. Their involvement encompasses a diverse range of projects, including the delivery of education as well as operating a food bank service to assist those in need. While presently utilizing third-party educational materials, their aspiration is to develop an in-house curriculum by the year 2026. This endeavor reflects their commitment to enhancing their educational offerings and aligning them more closely with their unique vision and objectives.
Discovery
We kicked off the project with workshops focused on three key design questions to better understand users’ connection to their prayers and missed prayers, helping us deepen our understanding of their relationship with the product.
